In the middle of the vibrant Palmer Street eating precinct, Seasoned is a new, exciting dining experience. Chef ClintStievano has created a very different dining experience, with vibrant food combinations that complement the local produce sourced in the area. The menu changes with our Seasons, keeping the menu fresh, inviting, and a little intriguing. Entrees include a mouth watering herbed quail ravioli, with hand made pasta, wild mushrooms, parmesan, pancetta crumble and roquette pesto, and a prosciutto wrapped scallops, caramelised cauliflower, pesto, veloute. On the mains, we have created a tender chicken breast, lemon and thyme risotto, asparagus smoked tomato and creme fraiche and a fresh market fish, (reef fish) braised octopus, mussels, pumpkin olive confit, spinach, salsa verde. For those who have the sweet devil inthem, our desserts consist of a rich and dense flour-less chocolate cake, with honeycomb ice-cream, and candied roses, and for those classic lovers a vanilla creme brûlée, with fresh summer strawberries, mascarpone cream and fresh mint. Sometimes its all about the food and the wine, but with Seasoned, we believe we have it all from Seasonal room architecture, to the finest food, and a wonderful array of wines, your dining experience awaits.
