Breakfast menu highlights include bills’ signature sweet corn fritters with roast tomato, spinach, bacon and avocado salsa and other delicious options such as broken eggs with ricotta, spinach and pine nuts and the chilli fried egg and bacon brioche roll served with rocket and spiced mango chutney. For lunch, dishes such as gravlax with shaved radish, dill cream cheese and sourdough crostini and the citrus quinoa with sprouting sunflower seeds, beetroot, zucchini and feta salad are always popular choices. Standouts on the dinner menu include raw tuna and avocado served with brown rice, samphire and sesame and the shrimp burger with jalapeno mayo, radish and sesame gochujang. A multitude of beverage options are available throughout the day including bespoke juices, smoothies, soft drinks as well as a wine, champagne and a cocktail menu.
