The wonderful array of wildlife which roam the vineyard is so lovely to watch while sipping on a delectable glass of wine. Flutes Restaurant offers innovative menus, impeccable service and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Lunch involves a menu that continually changes in order to take advantage of the fresh local produce. Chef Proprietor Francois brings a curious blend of French and International background and quasi-tropical nature of Broome to the premier wine-growing region of Margaret River. We have fantastic Set Menus on offer throughout the year for a very reasonable price. The focus of Flutes has always been the provision of good food, great wine and a relaxed ambience. We offer locally blended and roasted coffee and our infamous almond and raisin chocolates.
