Italy is the home-country of world famous food like Parmigiano, Prosciutto, Balsamic Vinegar, Pasta, Biscotti & Excellent wines too like Chianti, Barolo, Prosecco, Amarone and the list could go on and on... Here at Osteria A' Mano we wanted to recreate a little corner of Italy, focusing on the best ingredients the market has to offer and using produces with sustainability in mind. We use locally sourced organic coffee, flour, eggs and sugar in all our dishes, meat is organic whenever possible or natural, free-range & all our products are of the best quality available. Our Menu showcases authentic, traditional Italian dishes , and like in any restaurant in Italy, all our bread, pasta, mains & desserts are home-made with love on the premise. Our wine list features small producers from both Italy and Australia who like to make their wines "the old way", a good selection of beers is available and you can't finish off a meal without a grappa, limoncello or a simple good caffe! The restaurant is located in the heritage listed building, dating back to 1914, of what it used to be Spencers Drapery and is one of the few remaining in Wyong not significantly changed. The floor boards, shop-front and tiles are still all original! We wanted to preserve the look of the interiors without doing any major changes, in the same way, we want to preserve the authenticity of Italian cooking and traditional food without compromise.
