At Hidden Jade, we offer authentic Sichuan cuisine as well as Yum Cha every day. You can enjoy our highly-regarded food with stunning view over the Albert Park Lake; we are aiming to offer you not only good food, but also a wonderful dining experience. Hidden Jade use Australian ingredients and Sichuan cooking style to create dishes like Sichuan style hot and spicy lobster, hot pot abalone and many more creative dishes you can only taste at Hidden Jade. Also, celtuce, as well as asparagus lettuce, is a big part of Sichuan cuisine. Hidden Jade grows organic celtuce in our own farm and uses it into different dishes. Hidden Jade is aiming to give you a taste of Sichuan.
