Our team which is lead by Leroy Smith and Chef Tom Johnston in conjunction with the Tommy Collins group, drew together their love and knowledge of the industry to create a space where people can gather, kick back and enjoy an effortless dining experience. Chef Tom has tailored a contemporary Australian menu using progressive techniques. Offering small-to-medium plates, dishes retain a 'meat and three veg' focus with plenty of understated finesse and lashings of flavour.
