Situated at the north end, Tulip is nestled amongst boutique shops and select restaurants characteristic of the cosmopolitan precinct. The décor lends itself to a contemporary but relaxed vibe, with flexible and shared dining options. The menu hosts an impressive list of modern dishes each centred on a main ingredient. The element of simplicity carries over to the wine list which boasts Victorian wines. Friends and chefs Matt Dempsey (Gladioli) and Graham Jefferies combined their experiences and vision to open Tulip.
