Executive Chef Nathan Sasi brings to the table a rotisserie and wood-oven led menu created using his traditional cooking practices of pickling, cheese making, whole beast butchery, charcuterie as well as bread making; affectionately ‘made from scratch.’ In good taste, the interior design of the restaurant theatrically compliments the menu in its open- kitchen. Mercado pays homage to Moorish, Spanish dining with understated detail that is warm and grand.
