The venue is be captained by Parlour Group Executive Chef Regan Porteous and Head Chef Marcelino Papio, serving up a modern Australian menu, alongside a diverse drinks menu. The duo has created two distinct menus for the restaurant – fast, fresh and a la carte for lunch and a more extensive, shared concept for dinner – both reflecting Porteous’ and Papios’ unique approach to modern Australian fare.
